All our products are made to order and printed specifically for you. Please read this policy before placing your order.
Replacements for defective or damaged items If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and send a photo of the issue.
No refunds once printing has started Because each item is custom-printed on demand, we are unable to offer refunds once production has begun. We encourage you to double-check your order details before confirming.
Exceptions
- Wrong item delivered → We will replace it
- Printing defect or damage → We will replace it
- Change of mind after printing → Not eligible for replacement or refund
