Terms of Service — Arch Sign and Store
By placing an order with Arch Sign and Store, you agree to the following terms.
Made-to-order products All products are printed and produced after your order is placed. This means we cannot accept cancellations once production has started.
Accuracy of orders Please review your order carefully before confirming. We produce exactly what is ordered — we are not responsible for errors in orders placed by the customer.
Payment We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is due at the time of delivery.
Delivery We ship within Pakistan only. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to courier delays.
Replacements We offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
